AI Annoyances

What do you, as a Game AI guru, find most annoying about AIs in current games?
Over promise, under deliver.
Stupid AIs that cheat like mad.
Pathfinding that couldn't find it's way out of a paper bag.
No way to mod, add my own routines, etc.
Clear as mud that the developers never playtested the $@%$&! thing.
The marketing hype makes any AI a letdown.
I love all game AIs....they're wonderful just the way they are.
There are just too many things annoying to whittle down to any one thing....
